Reception

Guests of the Residence can park their cars free of charge in a private area, even without a reservation. Free street parking in front of the villa is always available for villa guests
In the Villa, a vending machine with snacks, drinks, coffee and water bottles is available to guests 24 hours a day.
The free kit available to guests includes: bed linen and towels, toiletries, washing machine tabs, dishwasher tabs, water.
Outdoor
The heart of La Collina di Montegrappa is a beautiful outdoor swimming pool, available to both Villa and Residence guests. The pool is accessible to all ages and can be used from 10am to 8pm.
Spacious equipped areas available to all guests for sunbathing and relaxing by the pool
There are several dining areas in the garden, with tables, chairs and parasols for outdoor breakfasts and relaxing in the greenery.
Health and safety
Hand disinfectant products are available for guests in the accommodation and common areas. Masks can also be supplied on request.
For every eventuality, we can provide a kit with everything you need for first aid and medication
We have mite-proof mattresses and tools for sanitising against respiratory allergens. All the dwellings are also equipped with mosquito nets.
The exterior of the facility and areas shared with other guests are equipped with a video surveillance system for the maximum safety and protection of guests
A total cleaning and disinfection of the accommodation is carried out between stays
Children
The pool is also accessible to children, who can have fun in the shallow-water areas. Adult supervision is always advised.
High chairs and cots for children are available on request and subject to availability.
Children of all ages are welcome. The cost for cot and/or high chair hire is 10 euros/night
Extra Services
At the request of guests, it is possible to book a breakfast service, which is particularly popular with guests who have stayed at the hotel before. The service provides a breakfast which includes sweet and savoury items and can always be modified according to your personal tastes and needs
It’s possible to rent/book the barbecue for dinners and tasty barbecues with friends.
Cleaning, tidying up and disinfection of the accommodation takes place every week. Daily cleaning and tidying up is possible on request, for an additional cost.
We can book and organise guest transfers.
Upon booking, we can provide guests with a boat for excursions to the caves of Capo di Leuca.
